A dedicated Registered Massage Therapist, Ellen Ignatyeva, RMT, always keeps her focus on pain patients have to create a personalized massage treatment plan. Massage can help patients heal their painful sensations that prevent them from doing what they love. A student of Pain BC, Ellen is a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC), experienced in addressing ICBC cases, WCB accidents, sports injuries or painful chronic issues. Ellen RMT has a variety of massage tools in her tool-belt, including Manual Lymph Drainage for ultimate pain reduction (post-surgery), Dermo Neuro Modulation (DNM) to address painful pinched nerve issues, Deep Myofascial Release, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. 

Patients with chronic and systemic conditions like Diabetes, Hypertension, Arthritis, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, post-cancer patients are welcome to book for massage will soothe the pain and encourage healthy activities. One of special interests for the RMT is treatment of TMJ (Temporo-Mandibular Joint Dysfunction) to ease discomfort and chewing movements. 

One of our RMT passions is power yoga and physiotherapy.
