EDGEMONT NATUROPATHIC CLINIC
Naturopathic medicine combines a multitude of diverse treatment modalities to not only help you feel better, but to address the cause of your health concern or condition at the source. Naturopathic medicine can be used alongside conventional medicine, and naturopathic doctors are trained in medical practices and are licensed to prescribe pharmaceutical medications when necessary, ensuring safe and effective personalized treatment plans that always take into account your body’s natural enzyme systems and overall stress. Genomics inquiries are popular and IV therapies can be employed to regularly boost your immune system or your daily energy resources depending on your unique needs as a patient.
Vitamin IV Therapy
Vitamin IV therapy involves the use of vitamins directly administered into the bloodstream as a means of supporting the immune system and enhancing general health. The vitamins administered are often at higher doses than would be tolerated orally, and as such, may: support recovery from cold & flu, seasonal allergies and headaches; enhance hydration and improve energy.
Acupuncture utilizes the ancient tradition of Chinese medicine and the belief that organ systems are connected throughout the body in pathways called meridians. Acupuncture needles can be inserted into specific areas along the meridians. These meridians either bring energy too, or away from, the organ affected. Acupuncture has been used to treat headaches, acute and chronic pain, and even to support fertility.
We also offer cosmetic acupuncture for those looking for an all-natural treatment for skin rejuvenation to brighten, tighten and improve the overall health of your skin and complexion.
Massage therapy coming soon!
Aesthetic medicine utilizes the injection of a neuromodulator, Botox, Xeomin, or Dysport to decrease the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, drooping skin and facial fatigue by temporarily relaxing muscles. Dr. Georgia Kyba provides individualized plans to address each of her patient’s goals and concerns.
